Jayne A. Andrews, CPA, Partner – Not-For-Profit Services, serves as advisor to a wide range of non-profit organizations, providing a full range of services which include Single Audits, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for not-for-profit organizations, as well as preparation of both Federal and State information returns. She is the Treasurer of the Greater Lowell Health Alliance of CHNA 10, Inc. and the former Treasurer of The Brush Art Gallery & Studios. In addition, Jayne won the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Women in Business award in 2016.
Jeffrey A. Paquin, CPA, Partner, provides tax compliance, tax planning, and estate planning services for closely held businesses and individuals. He assists businesses with transition planning, guiding the transfer of business ownership from one generation to the next in the most efficient and economical manner possible. In addition, Jeff is the treasurer for the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council.
Brendan E. Toolin III, CPA, Partner, is responsible for planning and conducting audits and reviews of small businesses and not-for-profit organizations, and also provides corporate and personal income tax services. Brendan is also the former Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for The Revolving Museum, Inc., a local not-for-profit arts organization.
Renato A. Zeppi, CPA, CFE, Partner – Audit & Accounting Services, is responsible for overseeing audits of closely held businesses and employee benefit plans maintained by both commercial and not-for-profit entities. He assists plan administrators and their management teams in their understanding of the increasingly complex fair value reporting and disclosure requirements. He has also advised plan management on key internal control deficiency and compliance findings and issues that are becoming of increasing concern to both the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.
Diane G. West, CPA, Director – Tax & Small Business Advisory Services, specializes in reviews, compilations, and tax preparation for small and medium sized for-profit businesses. She has worked extensively with clients in the construction industry, and frequently works with start-up companies assisting them since day one of their business, from incorporation to filing their first tax returns, and has seen many grow to become thriving businesses.
