Brendan Toolin presents at the 2018 Massachusetts Land Conservation Conference
Brendan Toolin gave a presentation titled “Accounting & Financial Reporting for MA Land Trusts” at the 2018 Massachusetts Land Conservation Conference held by the Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition at Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, MA. The presentation covered basic accounting and financial management concepts, the financial and informational reporting requirements for Massachusetts Land Trusts, and how the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 will impact land trusts and other non-profit organizations.
The Massachusetts Land Conservation Conference is the largest state-wide conservation conference in the United States, with more than 400 conservation practitioners attending.
