Jayne A. Andrews, CPA
Director of Not-for-Profit Services Group
After having worked in a corporate setting for a number of years, Jayne Andrews accepted a position in the private sector with a small but growing accounting firm, and never looked back. A total of 13 years in public accounting with Anstiss & Co. have convinced Jayne that she is right where she should be. As Director of Not-for-Profit Services, she is responsible for advisory services and for planning and conducting audits of not-for-profit organizations and their associated employee benefits plans. She is also responsible for training and development of professional staff.
Jayne, a Magna cum Laude graduate of the University of Lowell, began conducting audits in her very first year with the firm. She eventually gravitated toward developing a specialty in the area of not-for-profit auditing. The enthusiasm she shows and the high level of commitment to her clients makes her an indispensable asset to her clients and co-workers alike.
Many of the continuing education classes Jayne takes such as Not-for-Profit Accounting & Issues update, Analytical Procedures for Not-for-Profits, UFR Training & Update, and attendance at the AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference in Washington, DC, provide Jayne with the tools she needs to continually improve her knowledge and provide quality services to all her clients.
Jayne is an active member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), the MSCPA (Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants). She is the Treasurer of the Brush Art Gallery & Studios and is a past member of the Sacred Heart School Finance & Facilities Steering Committee.
Jayne is the mother of two teenage boys attending prep school and active in sports. Her family helps keep her focused on a healthy balance between her career and personal life.
